Coaching Methodology


Coaching is a conversation based approach to moving someone from where they are to where they want to be. It's a pragmatic journey of self-exploration, combined with setting goals and taking action.  

The focus of my coaching is to help the student explore the underlying assumptions, beliefs, values, expectations and personal attitudes that shape their experience of themselves, their world and other people. Of course, this is not an unfocused exploration. It starts with the client’s current challenge, issue or aspiration but rather than focusing purely on resolving or achieving this, it seeks to explore what is at the heart of this, whilst also enabling, where relevant, the achievement of the objectives.
